Procedure for Changing League Policies

Step 1. Write a proposal to change or add a CWPA policy by May 15th

Step 2. Find another institution to co-sponsor the proposal

Step 3. Proposals are distributed to membership for review prior to voting

Step 4. Members vote by email or in person at annual meeting in June
