A few things to remember -

• Check out the travel section of the site to book hotels for the events.  Remember, by using CWPA hotels you save money for the league which allows us to do more for your team.
• For new teams/team leaders, check out the New Team Leader Orientation section of the site for vital information on what you need to do to effectively run your team.
• Remember to nominate for Player of the Week in your division if you play. 

Also, remember to check the tournament section of the site for host duties, table training information, etc., including:

Host reponsibilities before the tournament ...

• Train your desk officials (Training Manual is available in this section)
• Confirm receipt of balls and scoresheets with CWPA staff

During the tournament...

• Contact the Commissioner if there are any schedule issues
• Give the yellow and pink copies of scoresheet to teams after games
• Take pictures of the teams in action
• Take pictures of award winners (if division championship)

After the tournament...

• Send scores by email to the CWPA immediately following the last game
• Send pictures to CWPA either electronically (resized) or on CD*
• Send white scoresheets to the office the following day

*Any individual sending in pictures that are used for the website will receive a free shirt
