BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- The Collegiate Water Polo Association office reminds its officiating corps that the 2008 Men's Season Referee Availability forms are due back to the league office by the end of the business day on Friday, August 1.

Referees are asked to review the form in either PDF or Microsoft Excel format and forward their availability back to Director of Officials Tom Tracey via email (officials@collegiatewaterpolo.org) or fax (610-277-7382).

The forms are available in PDF and Microsoft Excel format on the CWPA Officiating Page under the Forms link.
