BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- The Colby College men's water polo team will be a team to watch in 2009 as the White Mules finished fourth in the North Atlantic Division, but return a corps of talented players that should help the program advance to the division title game for the first time since 1997.

Colby, which went 6-2 in the division a year ago, will need to overcome the loss of the Class of 2009 (Zac Bloom, Carley Millian, Travis Townsend, Sam Wampler, Maria Ramrath, Garret Currier and Drew Hill), but strong group of rising sophomores, combined with an incoming freshmen class, should keep the Mules in contention for the division title against division rivals Coast Guard, Amherst, Bates, Bowdoin, Tufts, Trinity and Vermont.
