BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Collegiate Water Polo Association Commissioner Dan Sharadin announced the cancellation of the 2021 Men’s Division III Collegiate Club Championship.
Slated to occur on Saturday-Sunday, October 30-31, the event is removed from the league docket for the 2021 season due to impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic preventing team travel and the acquisition of pool time for the championship.
It is the hope of the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) that the championship returns during the 2022 men’s collegiate club season once the pandemic further subsides.
