BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) is seeking a full-time Multimedia Director. The position is available immediately and will remain open until filled.
This is a unique position with tremendous opportunity to be creative and in charge of your own department. Individual will have a variety of opportunities including everything from live broadcasts to the creation of video content for sponsors and league members.
The CWPA is the largest water polo conference in the country with over 240 teams throughout the United States. The office is located in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. Staff includes the Commissioner, Director of Communications, Director of Membership Services, Varsity Coordinator of Officials, Collegiate Club Coordinator of Officials, event management staff and various interns.
Responsibilities
- Event Management – live streaming of championship events
- Remote broadcasting program-managing remote broadcasts throughout country
- Producing new content for website
- Creation of highlight videos
- Producing commercials and educational content for conference members and sponsors
- Supervising interns
Requirements:
- Live broadcast and technical director experience essential
- Background in filming and video editing is critical
- Must possess strong integrity, responsibility, and honesty as core characteristics
- Sense of humor and ability to get along with others is extremely important
- Must be capable of working independently without daily direction
- Knowledge of water polo not required
- IT background a plus
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience, including benefits, retirement package, and three weeks paid vacation
