BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — New York Division runner-up New York University – which fell to Cornell University by a 10-7 score on April 12 in the division title game – is added to the field for the 2026 Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship slated for Friday-Sunday, April 17-19, at the Carlisle YMCA Aquatic Center in Carlisle, Pa.
The Violets replace Rocky Mountain Division Champion the University of Colorado which informed the league office during the afternoon of Monday, April 14, of the Buffaloes intent to not compete this weekend. Teams which finished as runner-up in their respective divisions within reasonable travel parameters based on Colorado’s last-minute terminal decision were offered the opportunity to fill the position with NYU selected to fill the open spot.
