BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Siena College, a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I institution located in Loudonville, N.Y., and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) is seeking a full-time Head Women’s Water Polo Coach. The coach will be responsible for the administration and organization of the program including, but not limited to, evaluation and recruitment of qualified student-athletes, planning and conducting practices, monitoring academic progress, skill development, coordinating services to the team with various department support area, scheduling games, and management of the program’s fiscal budget. Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a least one year of relevant experience are required. College coaching and/or playing experience preferred.  A demonstrated ability to teach the skills of the game and strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are recommended.  Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of employment. A background screening will be required.
