IRVINE, Calif. — United States Water Polo (USA Water Polo) announced the addition of Frank Quesada to the organization’s Board of Directors. A former swimming and water polo standout at Villanova University, Quesada is a respected lawyer and former city official in South Florida. His appointment was confirmed at a USA Water Polo Board of Directors meeting earlier this Spring.

“We are delighted to welcome Frank Quesada to the USA Water Polo Board of Directors. Frank has been an avid water polo player for more than 25 years, and he is a successful litigator and businessman who will give us a direct link to the Florida water polo community,” said Michael Graff, USA Water Polo Board Chairman.

Quesada is a partner with the MSP Recovery Law Firm. Quesada focuses his practice primarily on health care related matters.

Well-versed in the world of aquatics, he is a former All-America high school swimmer that helped found his high school’s water polo program in 1997. He would then go on to attend Villanova. During his time there, he was a member of the swimming and water polo programs; was elected student body Vice-President; and received the student leadership and community service awards. Quesada obtained his law degree in 2006.

Quesada was also honored to serve the residents of Coral Gables as an elected City Commissioner and Vice Mayor from 2011-2019. He and his wife Anna have two children, Mila (six) and Sebastian (four),
