As of Thursday, August 16, 2018, the hours listed for St. Louis University are tentative until confirmed. Additional hours were needed in order for all scheduled games to be played.

Due to time constraints, all regular season games will include two minutes quarter breaks with a three minute halftime. This does not include the division championship which will run three minute quarter breaks with a five minute halftime.

Lindenwood University “B” claims the No. 2 seed due goal differential.  Lindenwood “B” split versus McKendree University (9-7 L, 12-5 W) and Washington University in St. Louis (17-11 W, 12-8 L) for a +7 differential (+5 vs. McKendree, +2 vs. Washington).  McKendree split versus Lindenwood “B” (12-5 L, 9-7 W) and defeated Washington (11-6 W) for a net zero differential (-5 vs. Lindenwood “B”, +5 vs. Washington).  Washington also split versus Lindenwood “B” (12-8 W, 17-11 L) and fell to McKendree (11-6 L) for a -7 differential (-2 vs. Lindenwood “B”, -2 vs. McKendree); The No. 3 seed is determined by the head-to-head result of McKendree and Washington.
