Due to Oregon State University “A” forfeiting its four regular season games due to use of an ineligible athlete, the seedings are revised as of March 5; @University of Oregon “A” claims the No. 1 seed due to goal differential versus common opponents compared to Western Washington University.  Oregon “A” defeated the University of Washington “B” (14-0 W) and Oregon State University “B” (15-1 W) by larger differentials compared to Western Washington (13-6 W vs. Washington “B”, 12-6 W vs. Oregon State “B”); #The University of Washington “A” defeated the University of Oregon “B” 17-3 head-to-head to claim the No. 3 seed; $Per league policy, since both Portland State University and Oregon State University “A” forfeited games, they can not claim a higher seed than a team that did not forfeit.  University of Washington “B” then claims the No. 7 seed.  Although both Portland State and Oregon State “A” forfeited their four games (three forfeits and a double forfeit/no contest due to the head-to-head meeting), Portland State claims the No. 8 seed due to not using an ineligible athlete.
