Northwest Division Schedule Notes

NOTE:  Games on Saturday, October 15, will use 18-minute running time halves with no timeouts and no overtime. Games on Sunday, October 16, will use six-minute quarters with no overtime and teams limited to one timeout per half.

NOTE:  Due to air quality issues at the Amazon Aquatic Center on the weekend of October 15-16, the weekend tournament is moved to the Albany Community Pool (2150 36th Ave. SE, Albany, Ore.) as of October 14.  Pool time available was limited due to the short notice. Game on Saturday, October 15, will run on a 50-minute cycle with five-minute quarters, no overtime with each team limited to one 30-second timeout per half. Games on Sunday, October 16, will use seven-minute quarters, sudden death overtime and each team limited to one 30-second time-out per half.

NOTE: Portland State University informed the league office on October 20 of the program’s intent to not compete at the Northwest Division Championship.

$Western Washington University claims the No. 4 seed due to defeating the University of Washington (11-10 W); #Oregon State University “B” claims the No. 6 seed due to Central Washington University forfeiting to Oregon State “A”.  A team, by league rule, can not advance in a tiebreaker scenario if it forfeited a game; +The University of Washington advances to the title game due to goal differential in Bracket A games as Washington lost to Boise State University (10-8 L) and defeated Western Washington University (13-7 W) for a +5, while Boise State downed Washington (10-8 W) and lost to Western Washington (10-9 L) for a +1 and Western Washington lost to Washington (13-7 L) and downed Boise State (10-9 W) for a -5 differential.
