NORTHWEST DIVISION SCHEDULE NOTES
- Games on Saturday, February 8, at Oregon State University will use seven-minute quarters with sudden death overtime and teams limited to one timeout per half. Games on Sunday, February 9, will use six-minute quarters with sudden death overtime and teams limited to one timeout per half. (January 14)
- Games on Saturday-Sunday, February 22-23, at Echo Hollow Pool will use six-minute quarters with sudden death overtime and teams limited to one timeout per half. (January 14)
- CHANGE: The order of games on the weekend of Saturday-Sunday, February 8-9, at Oregon State University is revised to allow teams traveling to return home earlier in the evening. Games on Saturday, February 8, will use seven-minute quarters with sudden death overtime and teams limited to one timeout per half. Since Washington “B” and Oregon State “B” did not play their “A” teams, the tie is broken via games versus the University of Oregon “A” and “B”. Washington “B” has a -15 differential (12-10 L vs. Oregon “B”, 14-1 L vs. Oregon “A”) compared to Oregon State “B” (-19: 12-3 L vs. Oregon “B”, 10-0 L vs. Oregon “A”) and Western Washington (-26: 18-8 L vs. Oregon “B”, 22-6 L vs. Oregon “A”) to claim the No. 5 seed. The tiebreaker then reverts back to head-to-head between Western Washington and Oregon State “B” with Western Washington claiming the No. 6 seed due to a 12-3 win versus Oregon State “B”.
