*Harvard University claims the No. 1 position with Princeton University, the University of Michigan and Brown University following at No. 2-to-4. Harvard – which tied Princeton and Michigan for the regular season title with 5-1 marks – finishes first in the standings due to goal differential as the Crimson defeated the Tigers (8-5 W) and fell to the Wolverines (14-13 L) for a +2 differential, compared to Princeton’s -2 (8-5 L vs. Harvard, 9-8 W vs. Michigan) and Michigan’s even total (14-13 W vs. Harvard, 9-8 L vs. Princeton). The tiebreaker for the No. 2 position between Princeton and Michigan reverts to their head-to-head competition with the Tigers coming out on top due to their 9-8 win.
