Referee Evaluation Form

The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA), in line with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), was the first conference to institute a practice of coaches and student-athletes ranking its officiating corps to continue its core mission of “enriching and enhancing the student-athlete experience”.

As part of this program, the league has instituted a more detailed evaluation process for its officials below. Teams can also download and complete the CWPA Officiating Evaluation Form (Excel) and submit the completed document to league Coordinator of Officials Ed Reed at edswimpolo@charter.net if they do not wish to fill out the form online.

The confidentiality of each individual is guaranteed by the league.
