BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Tommy Bush (Sr., Lafayette, Calif./Acalanes) of No. 15-ranked Brown University posted four goals, five assists and two steals in helping the Bears go 1-1 in league play and garner recognition as the October 9 Northeast Water Polo Conference (NWPC) Player of the Week.
Facing host/No. 14 Harvard University in an 11-10 overtime loss, Bush posted pairs of goals, assists and steals. He concluded the weekend with two goals, three assists and an ejection drawn in an 11-10 victory at Division III No. 2 the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
The award marks the inaugural weekly honor bestowed on Bush during his intercollegiate career at Brown.
