Southwest Division Schedule Notes
NOTE: Due to Arizona State University electing to field a “B” team, the Southwest Division schedule expands to 10 teams as of September 29.
NOTE: Games on Saturday, October 7, at the University of California-San Diego in La Jolla, Calif., will use six-minute quarters, no overtime and one timeout per team/per half.
NOTE: Due to a pool conflict, games on Saturday, October 14, at San Diego State University are pushed back as of October 6. Games on Sunday, October 15, remain as previously scheduled.
NOTE: As of October 12, since neither San Diego State University nor the University of Arizona have lighting suitable for competition which prevents games to be held later in the evening, the schedule for the weekend of October 14-15 at SDSU and the championship on October 21-22 are adjusted. With sunset at 6:15 PM in San Diego and 5:45 PM in Tucson, some sacrifices will be made to make sure all of the games are played safely. Games on Saturday, October 14, at SDSU will run on a 55-minute interval, which will mean teams receive one-30-second time-out per half, six-minute quarters and no overtime. Games Sunday, October 15, will use the same modifications with the exception of sudden death overtime in the case of a tie after regulation time ends. Games on Saturday, October 21, at the championship hosted by Arizona will use six-minute quarters, one 30-second time-out per half and sudden death overtime. Sunday games on October 22 will revert back to normal seven-minute quarters, with full time-outs and regulation overtime. In the event games are taking longer than anticipated, the time-outs will be eliminated and if necessary, the quarters shortened to five-minutes to avoid the final games of each day being played in the dark. The head referee at each site will make that determination.
NOTE: The championship schedule on Saturday-Sunday, October 21-22, at the University of Arizona is revised again on October 12. Games on Saturday, October 21, will use six-minute quarters with one 30-second timeout per half for each team and sudden death overtime. Game times for Sunday, October 22, will be determined on Monday, October 16.
NOTE: The Southwest Division Championship schedule on Saturday-Sunday, October 21-22, is revised again as of October 18 in order to reduce the number of teams returning late to campus. All games will use except the championship contest will use six-minute quarters with one 30-second timeout per team/per half and sudden death overtime. The First Place game will use seven-minute quarters with full timeouts and normal overtime.
NOTE: The Southwest Division Championship schedule on Saturday-Sunday, October 21-22, is revised again as of October 21 as the University of San Diego informed the league office late during the evening of Friday, October 20, of the team not attending the championship weekend. Per league policy, San Diego is suspended for the entirety of the 2024 season and the schedule is revised.

*Arizona State University “A” claims the No. 4 seed due to defeating San Diego State University “A” 9-7 head-to-head; ^Grand Canyon University claims the No. 8 seed due to goal differential versus common opponents. Arizona State University “B” lost to the University of California-Irvine (14-4 L), San Diego State University “A” (21-3 L) and the University of San Diego (19-6 L) for a -41 differential, while Grand Canyon University fell to UC-Irvine (18-1 L), San Diego State “A” (21-8 L) and San Diego (11-8 L) for a -33 differential.
