2024 Southwest Division Men’s Schedule
Southwest Division Schedule Notes
NOTE: Game times for the October 12-13 weekend at the University of California-San Diego are tentative as of August 20.
NOTE: Due to Northern Arizona University being added to the schedule on Monday, September 3, the Southwest Division schedule changes to a 10-team format. The regular season schedule is revised with Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz., replacing the University of California-San Diego in La Jolla, Calif., as the host site for the second regular season tournament on Saturday-Sunday, October 12-13.Â
NOTE: The format of the Southwest Division Championship on Saturday-Sunday, October 26-27, changes due to the addition of Northern Arizona. Games on Saturday, October 26, will use six-minute quarters with sudden death overtime, while games on Sunday, October 27, will utilize seven minute quarters and regulation overtime rules.Â
NOTE: On Wednesday, September 18, the entirety of the Southwest Division regular season schedule was reconfigured so that the teams only play once. Due to 10 teams in the division, each team will not play one opponent during the regular season. The matchups for the opponents not played were randomly picked with the exception of “B” teams. Clubs with “B” teams do not play their own “A” team during the regular season. For the championship, games on Saturday, October 26, will continue to use six-minute quarters with sudden death overtime, while games on Sunday, October 27, will utilize seven minute quarters and regulation overtime rules.Â
NOTE: On Tuesday, October 2, the Southwest Division schedule at San Diego State University was changed to run off six-minute quarters with no overtime and teams limited to one timeout per half. The change is due to a concern for sufficient lighting at the pool for games following dusk.
NOTE: On Thursday, October 17, the Southwest Division Championship schedule was changed so games now begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 26. Games on October 26 will continue to use six-minute quarters with sudden death overtime, while games on Sunday, October 27, will utilize seven minute quarters and regulation overtime rules.Â
