BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Connor Gooch (So., Roundrock, Texas/Cedar Ridge) of Texas Tech University tallied eight goals, four assists and a pair of steals during a 3-1 weekend at home in Lubbock, Texas, to earn status as the October 7 Men’s Collegiate Club Texas Division Player of the Week.
Texas Tech concluded its regular season docket at home on Saturday-Sunday October 5-6, by outdistancing the University of Texas “B” (12-7 W, 11-6 W) and the University of North Texas (9-8 W) to accompany a 14-3 setback against the University of Texas “A” to lock-up the No. 8 seed for the Texas Division Championship on Saturday-Sunday, November 2-3, at Rice University in Houston, Texas.
