*The University of Texas claims the No. 1 seed due to goal differential versus Texas A&M University “B” with an 11-5 win and an 11-10 loss for a +5 differential; $Due to the three teams not playing each other, the tie between Texas Tech University, Texas A&M University “B” and Texas State University is broken by the league policy. The three teams are compared against their highest seeded common opponent – the University of Texas. Since Texas State (17-1 L / -16 differential) and Texas A&M “B” (15-3 L & 18-3 L for average differential of -13.5) have a better differential than Texas Tech (23-5 L / -18 differential), Texas Tech claims the lowest seed at No. 5. The tiebreaker reverts back to head-to-head between Texas A&M “B” and Texas State with Texas A&M “B” claiming the No. 3 position based on goal differential versus Texas State with a 9-7 L and a 12-8 W for a +2.
