BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Tyler Hearst (Jr., Thousand Oaks, Calif./Thousand Oaks) contributed 13 goals, six assists, five steals, a field block and solid defense during a 3-1 weekend for Boise State University at Amazon Pool in Eugene, Ore., during the final Men’s Collegiate Club Northwest Division regular season tournament.  For his efforts, Hearst collects recognition as the division’s October 21 Player of the Week.

Competing in 90 of the 100 minutes during the four games as contests on Saturday, October 19, utilized six-minute quarters due to limited pool availability, he helped the Broncos handle the University of Washington (16-10 W), Oregon State University “A” (10-9 W) and Oregon State University “B” (15-2 W) along with a loss to the University of Oregon (17-9 L).  The 3-1 mark raised Boise State’s season record to 7-1 to tie with Oregon for the regular season crown.  However, due the head-to-head result between the two programs, Oregon earns the No. 1 seed for the Northwest Division Championship on Saturday-Sunday, October 26-27, at Oregon State in Corvallis, Ore.
