BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Bucknell University’s Boati Motau (Johannesburg, South Africa/Roedean School South Africa) was named to the South Africa roster for the upcoming 2025 Women’s World Aquatics Championship on July 10-23 in Singapore.
A member of South Africa’s squad at the 2020/2021 Olympics in Tokyo, she notched 96 goals during a four-year career with the Bison (2022-to-2025). As a freshman in 2022, she scored 13 times and added 19 assists in 25 games. She tacked on 30 goals in 2023 as a sophomore before notching 24 goals, five assists and 24 steals as a junior in 2024. In 2025, she chipped in 29 goals.
