2019 North Atlantic Division Women’s Schedule
North Atlantic Division Schedule Notes
Teams are scheduled to play every divisional opponent once and one opponent a second time during the regular season. The additional games are selected randomly within the regional weekend play (Middlebury and Bowdoin). Teams are seeded for championship based on the regular season won/loss record.
As of February 18th, the schedule for the Yale University weekend has been revised based on their now confirmed times. Due to the time constraints at Yale University, and games needing to be played on a 55 minute schedule, matches will be played with seven (7) minute quarters and two (2) minute breaks/halftime. Teams will have one (1) full timeout per half and one (1) 30 second timeout per game. Any games requiring overtime will be played as sudden victory (first team to score wins). If needed, the Head Referee will have the discretion to move to six (6) minute quarters in order to ensure all games are played as all teams must be out of the facility by 8:00PM on Saturday evening. All other weekends will follow normal rules.
As of February 28th, Yale University was given permission to start earlier on Sunday, March 3rd. In order to get teams on the road sooner, all Sunday games have been moved up 30 minutes earlier. This does not affect the game times for Saturday, March 2rnd. Please review your revised game times for Sunday, March 3rd only.
Schedule Revised: As of April 2nd, the hours for the championship weekend at MIT have been revised to an earlier start with the games running on an hour and ten minute schedule. Games will now begin at 11:00AM on Saturday and 12:15PM on Sunday.Please review the schedule to confirm you have your correct game times.
