2019 Pacific Coast Division Women’s Schedule
Pacific Coast Division Schedule Notes
Teams are scheduled to play every divisional opponent once during the regular season. Teams are seeded for championship based on the regular season won/loss record.
As of Thursday, January 24th, the schedule has been revised to include UCLA “B” into the schedule. This makes the division a nine team format.
As of Saturday, February 2nd, the schedule for UC Santa Barbara has been revised due to travel issues that were weather related. All teams were able to make the event except for UC Riverside. The revised schedule is posted below and should be reviewed closely to ensure your team is aware of your game times.
As of Monday, February 25th, the schedule for Cal Poly has been revised based on the confirmed pool hours. Both game times and game order have been adjusted. Please be sure to review the schedule closely. Additionally, the seeding for championship will be based on a won/loss percentage due to UC Riverside not having the ability to attend the first regional weekend. The following games played on the first weekend of competition due to rescheduling will be counted towards a goal differential as the teams are scheduled to play each other twice: Cal Poly “A” vs. UCLA “A” and UC Santa Barbara “A” vs. Cal State Long Beach.
On Thursday, February 28th, Cal Poly was notified the event booked before them was cancelled and can have the pool before 4PM. This allows us to move the games earlier on Saturday, add one additional game that night, and still finish earlier in the evening. Additionally, it allows for an earlier finish on Sunday evening. Several games have been shifted, including the Cal Poly “B” vs. USC from Sunday afternoon to Saturday night, so please be sure to review your schedule closely and confirm your times.
SCHEDULE REVISED: As of Thursday, April 11th, the championship schedule at UCLA has been revised to an eight-team format after division teams voted unanimously to allow Cal State Long Beach to stay home since they would be forfeiting all games. Please review the schedule as game times have changed.

*The seeding for championship will be based on a won/loss percentage in part caused by the University of California-Riverside being unable to attend the first regional weekend at the University of California-Santa Barbara on February 2-3. As their inability to attend was related to unsafe travel, and a team cannot be penalized due to something created by weather, UC-Riverside’s missed games currently cannot count towards an opponent’s record as a forfeit. Additionally, the following games played on the first weekend of competition due to rescheduling will be counted towards a “Best of 2” series as those teams are scheduled to play each other twice. If the teams split, and each wins one game, the determining factor for who receives the two points towards the standings will be based on goal differential as the teams are scheduled to play each other twice. Those games are: Cal Poly “A” versus UCLA “A” and UC-Santa Barbara “A” versus California State University-Long Beach. The purpose of this unique adjustment is to compensate the teams as the CWPA was not able to confirm on the first weekend if the games would be considered exhibition and were played as league games. Further, the University of Southern California versus UCLA “A” game from the first weekend is considered a forfeit, as USC was scheduled to play Long Beach State and UCLA “A” stepped in to fill their spot last minute. While Long Beach State was also delayed due to weather, their team was already scheduled to forfeit their matches during the weekend as they were traveling with only six players and borrowing from other teams. The UC-Riverside versus Cal State Long Beach game cannot be considered a forfeit win as UC-Riverside was not present during the weekend; ^ California State University-Long Beach State University claims the No. 9 seed due to forfeiting multiple games.
