2019 Atlantic Division Men’s Schedule
Atlantic Division Schedule Notes
The division’s competitive format is comprised of three regional weekends where teams attend two of the three and all teams attend the championship weekend. A team’s selected competition dates were based on the availability provided by all teams present on the division’s spring conference call. Teams also voted unanimously to allow for the following exception:
While the members and league office encourage schools to have full participation, a program may decide to participate in only one regional weekend and still attend the championship. This decision must be based on a program’s financial constraints, roster constraints or a major date conflict but should not be used by a program as a convenience or competitive advantage.
Wake Forest University has opted to attend one regional weekend and the championship based on roster and date constraints. This means several teams will be playing an opponent twice while not playing another opponent. Seeding for championship will be based on a won/loss percentage.
As of Tuesday, September 24th, the weekend of October 5-6th at the University of Maryland has been revised to include George Washington University as an exhibition team. They will compete against the US Naval Academy, Georgetown University and the University of Maryland.
Please Note: Due to a score being incorrectly reported to the league, the Atlantic Division Championship seeds were need to be revised moving the University of Maryland up a position.
