Rocky Mountain Division Schedule Notes
SCHEDULE CHANGE: Games on Saturday-Sunday, October 9-10, at Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center and on Saturday, October 23, at George J Meyers Pool will use six-minute quarters and teams receive one timeout per half. Games on Sunday, October 24, will use seven-minute quarter with a normal allotment of timeouts.
PLEASE NOTE: The teams voted to coordinate a schedule where programs played opponents of similar ability more often to avoid lopsided contests. In addition, the division voted to use a weighted system, where victories against teams that finished higher in the 2019 final standings were worth more than those against teams at the bottom of the standings. The point totals for wins against the respective teams in the division is:

SCHEDULE CHANGE: The University of Wyoming withdrew from competition on October 4 with the schedule adjusted accordingly.
SCHEDULE CHANGE: A pool conflict on Saturday, October 9, forced the elimination of two games from the schedule. Based on the proximity of the teams, the University of Colorado “B” vs. University of Denver and University of Colorado “A” vs. Colorado School of Mines games were withdrawn. It is hoped the games can be relocated to a weeknight or Saturday.Â
SCHEDULE CHANGE: A change occurs on the weekend of Saturday-Sunday, October 23-24, at the George J. Meyers Pool in Arvada, Colo., as the schedule is revised due to limited pool time. The revised schedule meets the constraints with little disruption from the original version. However, game times will be reduced. On Saturday, games will use five-minute quarters with no timeouts or overtime. On Sunday games will use six-minute quarters with one timeout per team/per half and no overtime. In addition, there are two games listed on the schedule at the end of the day that were not scheduled earlier due to a lack of pool time. If the teams and officials agree, these two games can be added to the schedule time permitting.
