NOTE: Games tentative as of August 25

NOTE: The site of the September 24-25 games is moved from the Kearns Oquirrh Park Aquatic Center in Kearns, Utah, to the Olympus High School Aquatics Center (4055 South 2300 East, Salt Lake City, Utah) as of September 15.

NOTE: Utah State University elected not to compete during the 2022 season effective September 16.  The Rocky Mountain Division schedule is adjusted to a six-team format.  Games on September 24 will utilize one timeout per half for each team and overtime will not be played.  All other dates will utilize normal rules.

NOTE: As of September 22, the site of the September 24-25 weekend is moved back to the Kearns Oquirrh Park Aquatic Center in Kearns, Utah.  Due to time constraints, all games will use six-minute quarters with no overtime and one timeout per half for each team.

NOTE: As of September 28, the University of Denver is removed from the division schedule and the remainder of the slate is reworked – including a five-team championship.

Teams listed first wear dark caps and are home on the scoreboard. Host team always wears dark caps and is listed first on the scoreboard regardless of seed.
