- NOTE: The schedule at Washington University on April 1-2 is revised as of January 30. Games on Sunday, April 2, will use six-minute quarters with one timeout per half and no overtime.
- NOTE: The University of Cincinnati informed the league on Wednesday, March 29, of the program’s intent to not complete the 2023 season. The schedule for the weekend of Saturday-Sunday, April 1-2, is revised to eliminate Cincinnati. Games on Sunday, April 2, will use six-minute quarters with one timeout per half and no overtime. The championship on Saturday-Sunday, April 15-16, is revised to a five-team format.
