- CHANGE (February 21, 2024): Games on Sunday, February 25, previously scheduled at the University of California-Santa Cruz move to Harbor High School (300 La Fonda Ave., Santa Cruz, Calif., 95062).
- CHANGE (March 1, 2024): On March 1, it was discovered that the University of California-Santa Cruz “B”-vs.-University of San Francisco game on Sunday, February 18, was incorrectly reported by the host institution on the scoresheet and to the league office in favor of UC-Santa Cruz “B”. The score, standings and seeding for the division championship are updated with the correct outcome.
- CHANGE (March 7, 2024): The Sierra Pacific Division Championship format is under review as of March 7. A final determination of the format and seeding will be determined in the near future in consultation with the participating teams.
- CHANGE (March 12, 2024): The Sierra Pacific Division Championship format is revised based on a vote of the participating teams. Seeding is not based on win-loss record as the Top Four teams competed against one another to determine No. 1-to-4. The No. 5-9 positions are based on records among the five programs.

*The University of California-Davis “A” claims the No. 1 seed due to goal differential versus the highest seed common opponent – the University of San Francisco – as Davis “A” won 14-4 (+10) and California State University-Maritime Academy won 9-6 (+3); &Due to the three teams not playing head-to-head, the tie for the No. 5-7 positions is broken by goal differential versus the highest seeded common opponent – the University of San Francisco. The University of California-Santa Cruz wins the tiebreaker versus the University of California-Davis “B” (8-6 W) and the University of California (11-9 W) as UCSC “A” won 9-5 for a +4 differential. Since UC-Davis “B” and California have no other common opponents beyond San Francisco – and both won by two goals – the goal differential versus opponents seeded higher is used to break the tie for the No. 6 position. However, the lone common opponent between the two programs is San Francisco. Since both tallied 17 goals in their meetings with San Francisco, the No. 6 seed is determined by random drawn with California earning the position.
