BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases the 2024 Men’s Collegiate Club Top 20 and Division III Top 10 Week 8/November 7 Polls.
Released each week during the season, the Top 20 and Division III Top 10 polls have no bearing on qualifiers for either the National Collegiate Club Championship or the Division III Collegiate Club Championship.
2024 Men’s Collegiate Club National Top 20 (Week 8/November 7)
The University of California-San Diego continues at No. 1 in the Week 8/November 7 Men’s Collegiate Club National Top 20 Poll.
Southwest Division Champion UC-San Diego (96 points) maintains a one point lead over Pacific Coast Division Champion California Polytechnic State University (95 points) to rate as the best team in the nation heading into the 2024 Men’s National Collegiate Club Championship this weekend at the University of Florida.
Sierra Pacific Division Champion California Maritime Academy (85 points), Florida Division Champion/National Championship host Florida (83 points), the University of California (78 points), the University of California-Los Angeles (77 points), Big Ten Division Champion the University of Michigan (73 points), the University of California-Santa Barbara (69 points), the University of California-Davis (58 points) and San Diego State University (48 points) maintain their prior positions to once again complete the Top 10.
Newly crowned Texas Division Champion Texas A&M University (41 points) charges up to No. 11 with Michigan State University (39 points) and the United States Military Academy (38 points) backing up to No. 12 and 13, respectively.
The University of Oregon (27 points), Boston University (27 points) and Pennsylvania State University (27 points) create a three-way tie at No. 14, while the University of Colorado (22 points), Oregon State University (20 points), the University of Virginia (17 points) and Top 20 newcomer the Georgia Institute of Technology (16 points) round out the second to last Men’s National Collegiate Club Top 20 Poll of the 2024 campaign.

Washington University in St. Louis maintains the top spot in the 2024 Week 8/November 7 Men’s Division III Collegiate Club National Top 10 Poll.
A seven-time Division III Collegiate Club National Champion and the 2024 Great Lakes Division Champion, Washington (99 points) leads a Top 10 poll which experiences no changes from last week with the University of California-Santa Cruz (95 points), Tufts University (91 points), Augustana College (83 points), the United States Coast Guard Academy (79 points), Amherst College (78 points), New York University (69 points), Bowdoin College (65 points), Colby College (59 points) and Middlebury College (35 points) following at No. 2-to-10, respectively.
