2022 Men’s Collegiate Club Rocky Mountain Division Schedule

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases a revised 2022 Men’s Collegiate Club Rocky Mountain Division schedule.

Comprised of Colorado School of Mines, Colorado State University, the University of Colorado “A”, the University of Colorado “B”, the University of Denver, the University of Utah and Utah State University, the Rocky Mountain Division will contest its 15th season as part of the CWPA. 

In the history of the division, Utah (2007, 2009, 2012, 2018, 2019), Colorado (2008, 2010, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2021) and Arizona State University (2011, 2013) have previously won the group’s title.  The 2020 season was not contested due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The change occurs on the opening weekend of Saturday-Sunday, September 24-25, as competition moves from the Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center in Kearns, Utah, to the Olympus High School Aquatics Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Kearns will host the second weekend of regular season competition on Saturday-Sunday, October 15-16.

The division championship is slated for Saturday-Sunday, October 29-30, at the Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center in Thornton, Colo., with the champion earning a spot in the 2022 Men’s National Collegiate Club Championship on the weekend of Friday-Sunday, November 11-13, at a site to be determined.
