BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Lance Fausset (Fr., Ventura, Calif./Ventura) of the Colorado School of Mines registered 14 goals, seven assists and 14 steals in a 3-2 weekend for the Orediggers at the Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center in Thornton, Colo. to earn honors as the October 9 Men’s Collegiate Club Rocky Mountain Division Player of the Week.
He helped Colorado Mines defeat Utah State University (17-4 W) and Northern Arizona University (12-10 W) with losses to Colorado State University (10-6 L) and the University of Colorado “A” (14-4 L). In addition, he was instrumental in the Orediggers’ picking up a 12-5 exhibition victory over the Colorado Mesa University.
