BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Danny Mitchell (Fr., Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) helped Drexel University against the University of Delaware (17-14 L), West Chester University (20-15 L), Binghamton University (21-15 W) and host Bloomsburg University (26-24 W OT) during a 2-2 weekend at Bloomsburg in Bloomsburg, Pa., to earn status as the Men’s Collegiate Club Liberty Division Player of the Week.
Drexel- which concludes the regular season with a 4-4 record to earn the No. 2 seed for the upcoming Liberty Division Championship at West Chester University of Pennsylvania on Saturday-Sunday, November 30-December 1 – received 35 goals from Mitchell to help power the Dragons’ offense.
