BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Former Purdue University women’s water polo athlete Erika Fay was a guest on the Athletes to Entrepreneurs podcast to discuss her experiences as an athlete who transitioned into the role of a therapist and coach.

A 1995 graduate of Purdue with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, she currently works as a Mindset and Success coach helping

ounder of Maximum Achievement Coaching, she has over 20 years of experience as a Psychotherapist, best-selling author and award winning Success Coach.  A sought after coach and international professional speaker, Fay specializes in delivering inspiring workshops, as well as transformational in-depth coaching programs with a dynamic approach that turns ideas into life-changing action, to help clients achieve new heights of success.

She has continued her own athletic pursuits as an endurance athlete.  To date, she has completed several Ironman distance triathlons, 36 marathons (and counting!) and continues to compete in multiple marathons and triathlons per year.
