GROVE CITY, Pa. — The Grove City College Wolverines are believed to be the first National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) water polo program to make a competition tour of several National Collegiate Water Polo schools in Canada.
The tour is the brainchild of University of Toronto head coach/CWPA announcer/CWPA Hall of Famer/Yale University alum George Gross. Jr., who met with Grove City’s head coach, Jocelyn Bernhardt, while both were on a recruiting trip to USA Water Polo’s Junior Olympics competition last July.
