CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — The Friends of Harvard Water Polo head coach Ted Minnis announced that senior Jackson Enright (San Mateo, Calif./Sacred Heart Prep) and junior Noah Hodge (San Juan Capistrano, Calif./Santa Margarita) have been named captains for the 2020 season. As all captains at Harvard University, they were determined by votes from the other student-athletes on the team.
Last season, Enright recorded 42 goals, 22 assists, 28 steals and 12 blocks. The San Mateo, Calif. native also received Northeast Water Polo Conference (NWPC) All-Tournament honorable mention honors. The utility currently ranks second all-time in career blocks in program history with 35.
As the starting goalie for the Crimson during the 2019 season, Hodge earned a slew of awards including All-America honorable mention, MVP of the NWPC Tournament and NWPC All-Tournament First-Team honoree. Hodge was also named NWPC Defensive Player of the Week six times throughout the season. With two seasons left at Harvard, the San Juan Capistrano, Calif. native currently ranks fourth in total career saves in program history with 400.
