BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — KAP7 co-founders Wolf Wigo and Brad Schumacher demonstrate out-of-pool exercises for water polo that strengthen the core, wrists and forearms, while stretching your muscles and preventing injury. The exercises were originally released as part of the acclaimed KAP7 Tip of the Week series in June of 2013.
Now in its fourth year of existence since the first video was released on February 4, 2013, the KAP7 Tip of the Week series features instruction on basic skills (egg-beater, passing, goalie technique) and more advanced skills and tricks to help players raise their game to another level. Past presenters include KAP7 co-founders and Olympians Brad Schumacher and Wolf Wigo, Kerr, former Stanford University All-America selection Kelly Eaton and former University of Southern California star Johnathon Hewko.
