BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Middlebury College’s Virginia Stanley (Jr., Wallingford, Conn.) scored 20 goals during a 3-1 weekend for the Panthers in league competition to earn the March 9 Women’s Collegiate Club North Atlantic Division Player of the Week.
Competing at home on March 7-8, she helped Middlebury top Wellesley College (13-1 W, 12-6 W) and Bates College (11-9 W) in addition to a loss to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (15-0 L).
