EMMITTSBURG, Md. — Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland is accepting applications for the position of head men’s and women’s water polo coach. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to build the foundation two new water polo programs.
The head coach is responsible for all aspects of the men’s and women’s water polo programs, including: recruitment of qualified student-athletes; practice and game preparation; budget management and fundraising; scheduling and scouting; and the overall administration of Division I men’s and women’s water polo programs in accordance with institutional, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and conference rules and regulations.
Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time position with full benefits and annual, holiday and sick leave. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Successful water polo coaching experience required.
