INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The 2019-2020 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Water Polo Rules Test is now available on the NCAA Water Polo Officiating Advantage website.
The rules, points of emphasis and test are available by CLICKING HERE and logging into Arbiter.
The must be completed and passed BEFORE an official whistles any NCAA game.
