PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The No. 13-ranked Princeton University women’s water polo team wrapped up a Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) weekend with a 19-3 takedown of Saint Francis University at Brown University’s Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center.

The Tigers opened up with the first three goals of the contest before the Red Flash got on the board in the second quarter. Princeton finished up the first half with five straight goals and led 8-1 at the break.  

Head coach Derek Ellingson‘s crew pitched a shutout in third quarter, scoring six times, cruising to the victory.

Kayla Yelensky led the Tigers with four goals, while Ally Lurie and Rachael Carver also had hat tricks in the win.

Charlotte Riches deposited a pair with Olivia Krotts, Emese Batizi, Hadley Harbilas, Ava Houlahan, Shanna Davidson and Kate Mallery accounting for solo tallies.
