BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — 2024 Olympian Jovana Sekulic (Sr., Belgrade, Serbia/The Episcopal Academy) of Princeton University, former University of Maryland athlete/Women’s National Team Operations Manager Ally Beck and the Untied States team fell behind 4-2 by the end of the first quarter and were unable to rally back as the Americans slipped against Spain, 13-12, in the 2025 World Aquatics Championship Bronze Medal game.

Competing in the Republic of Singapore, the United States could not rally back in the fourth quarter as the Americans trailed 7-4 and 11-9 at the conclusion of the second and third quarters, respectively ,prior to chipping the squad’s final margin of defeat down to a single goal.

Sekulic appeared in 5:55 for the Americans prior to fouling out of the contest.
