LORETTO, Pa. — Saint Francis University women’s water polo head coach Jay O’Neil announced the addition of Lexanny Gonzalez as the newest addition to the Red Flash recruiting class.
A utility player from Sinking Spring, Pa., Gonzalez attended Wilson High School where her team finished second in the state in 2021. In addition, she competed for four years at the club level on team Norco.
“We are very pleased to have Lexanny joining the Red Flash Family,” noted O’Neil. “Her speed and tenacity will add immediate depth to the team. She comes from a very strong high school program and we look to build upon what she has learned over her high school career.”
Gonzalez will enroll during the Fall 2022 semester and plans to major in Chemistry when she arrives at Saint Francis.
