BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — To keep the league membership updated on events occurring during the Summer of 2024, the league is posting a timeline for changes/updates on National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules for the sport of water polo.
JUNE:
- Mid-to-late June: The NCAA Rules Sub Committee reviews comments on proposed rules changes
- End of June: NCAA Rules changes are sent for final approval to the PROP (Playing Rules Oversight Panel)
JULY:
- Mid July: Officials registration for the RQ+ portal takes place
- Mid July: PROP results for rules proposals known/NCAA rules book edits to printer
AUGUST
- Early August: Digital copy of the NCAA rules book are available
- Mid-August: NCAA Rules Test available around the 20th for officials
SEPTEMBER
- Early September: Hard copy of the NCAA rules book available
