BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) goes into the archives to pull out the 2016 Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference (MAWPC)-West Region Championship game pitting host Mercyhurst University versus Connecticut College.
The title game occurred on November 5, 2016, at the David M. Hallman Aquatics Center in Erie, Pa. with the Lakers taking on the visiting Camels for the inaugural MAWPC-West Championship following the creation of the Mid-Atlantic Water Polo and Northeast Water Polo Conference (NWPC) prior to the 2016 season.
