BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — 12 athletes from seven Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) institutions were recognized on the 2026 Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) Women’s Division III All-America Team.
2026 CWPA Division III Champion Macalester College leads the way with three selections, while Augustana College, Austin College and Carthage College netted pairs of honorees. Connecticut College, Grove City College and Washington & Jefferson College each collected solo accolades.
A trio of athletes garnered Second Team notice as Augustana’s Waiahuli Akau (Jr., Pana’ewa, Hawaii/Kamehameha) and Carthage’s Brenna Carstens (Sr., Coronado, Calif./Coronado) post their inaugural All-America laurels to join three-time All-America recipient (2024 Honorable Mention, 2025 Honorable Mention 2026 Second Team) Jess Palmer-Sammons (Sr., Half Moon Bay, Calif./Half Moon Bay) of Macalester.
Nine CWPA athletes receive Honorable Mention notice as goalkeeper Susan Palmentera-Reid (Jr., Chicago, Ill./Lane Tech) of Augustana, Mikhaela Torres (Jr., Cypress, Texas/Bridgeland) of Austin, Kamille Graham (Jr., West Jordan, Utah/Kearns) of Carthage, Frances Baksa (So., Longwood, Fla./Lake Mary) of Grove City, Reese Winegar (Fr., Hoffman Estates, Ill./William Fremd) of Macalester collect their first All-America nods. Further, two-time All-America goalkeeper (2024 Honorable Mention, 2026 Honorable Mention) Jayden Kratt (Sr., Palo Alto, Calif./Henry M. Gunn) of Macalester is joined by fellow two-time All-America selections Joslyn Dimitri (Jr., Coeur d’Alene, Idaho/Coeur d’Alene) of Austin (2025 Honorable Mention, 2026 Honorable Mention), Emma Luna (Sr., Wahiawa, Hawaii/Punahou School) of Connecticut (2025 Second Team, 2026 Honorable Mention) and Emmie Ratcliff (So., Friendswood, Texas/Friendswood) of Washington & Jefferson (2025 Honorable Mention, 2026 Honorable Mention)
