BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — 13 members of the St. Francis College Brooklyn men’s water polo team were among 37 Terriers’ student-athletes to earn Fall Academic Honor Roll selections from the Northeast Conference. In addition, five SFC men’s water polo players were also recognized with Commissioner’s Honor Roll status.
Tucker Angelo (Sr., Brentwood, Calif./De La Salle), Ognjen Antanaskovic (Jr., Belgrade, Serbia/14th Belgrade Grammar School), Finn Doerries (Fr., Berlin, Germany/Albert Einstein Gymnasium), Zachary Hahn (Fr., Lake Forest, Calif./El Toro), Viktor Klauzer (So., Szekesfehervar, Hungary/Vasvari Pal Gimnazium), Bogdan Kostic (Jr., Nis, Serbia/Nis High School Stevan Sremac), Vukasin Petrovic (So., Belgrade, Serbia/Third Belgrade Grammar School), Boris Posavec (So., Zagreb, Croatia/Marina), Nikita Prokhin (Jr., Mississauga, Ontario/Silverthorn Collegiate Institute), Tadeu Rodrigues (So., Rio de Janeiro, Brazil/ColAgio Pedro II), Alexander Teplitsky (So., Brooklyn, N.Y./Midwood), Levente Varga (Fr., Budapest, Hungary/Boca Raton Community) and Jonas Veazey (Jr., Dallas, Texas/Bryan Adams) posted Academic Honor Roll honors, while Antanaskovic, Petrovic, Posavec, Rodrigues and Doerries were bestowed with Commissioner’s Honor Roll status.
Individuals recognized on the Fall Academic Honor Roll recorded a 3.20 or better grade point average as a total of 765 student-athletes earned recognition. Further, a total of 241 student-athletes, including 12 from St. Francis Brooklyn, notched Commissioner’s Honor Roll notice, recognizing those superior student-athletes with a 3.75 or better grade point average.
