BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — For fans heading to Rock Island, Ill., for the 2025 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division III Championship with Austin College, Carthage College, Connecticut College, Grove City College, Macalester College, Penn State Behrend, Wheaton College (Mass.) and host Augustana College at the Anne Greve Lund Natatorium, the league office releases some information to help in the trip:
What About Tickets?: Fans attending the CWPA Division III Championship can pay for either a three-day tournament pass ($35) or a one-day pass ($15). Augustana College students, faculty and staff with a valid college ID, and senior citizens 65 and older, will be admitted at discounted prices of $10 (tournament pass) and $5 (one-day pass). All children 12 and under are free of charge. All tickets are exclusively available at the door as there will be no presale in advance of the championship.
What About Streaming?: Streaming coverage of the three-day, 15-game championship with Austin College, Carthage College, Connecticut College, Grove City College, Macalester College, Penn State Behrend, Washington & Jefferson College, Wheaton College and the host Vikings will be provided at https://gols.co/ at a cost of $24.99 for access to all 15 contests.
What About Live Stats?: Augustana College will provide live, free statistics via TheFOSH.net, the preeminent in game statistical program in the sport of water polo created by former University of Michigan water polo Sports Information Director Ryan Sosin.
What About the USA Water Polo Division III Championship?: The two teams which make the CWPA Division III Championship title game earn spots in the four-time USA Water Polo Division III Championship on Saturday-Sunday, May 3-4, against the champions and runner-up from the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) in 2025. A site for the event is to be determined based on the qualifying teams ability to host.

Who has won the Prior CWPA Division III Championships: Connecticut College and Macalester College are tied for hosting the most championships with four. Grove City College (three), Carthage College (one), Penn State Behrend (Hallman Aquatics Center) and former conference member Utica University (one) have also served as the site of the event.
In terms of titles, Connecticut College (four), Macalester College (three), Grove City College (three), Augustana College (two) and Austin College (two) hold previous crowns.
The title holder for most title game appearances is Washington & Jefferson College (six) with Austin College (five), Connecticut College (five) and Grove City College (four) nipping at the Presidents’ heels. Augustana College (three), Macalester College (three), Carthage College (one) and Wittenberg University (one) have also made the title tilt.
