2025 Women’s Collegiate Club New York Division Schedule
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases a change to the 2025 Women’s Collegiate Club New York Division schedule on Saturday-Sunday, April 12-13, at Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y., and the division championship tournament on Saturday-Sunday, April 26-27, at Columbia University in New York N.Y.
The change during the final regular season weekend on April 12-13 is brought about due to Cornell University competing in the 2025 Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and Syracuse University electing to withdraw from the remainder of the season’s schedule. Cornell earned the spot at the National Collegiate Club Championship by having the best record through the opening weekend of New York Division competition as the division’s championship will not be decided until April 26-27 at Columbia.
The loss of Syracuse changes the New York Division Championship format to a five-team event as Cornell, Colgate University, Hamilton and New York University will contest an eight-game weekend at Columbia to determine the group’s champion.
