BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The CWPA Remote series returns as Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Hall of Fame member George Gross, Jr., talks with former Grinnell College men’s water polo athlete and Saint Francis University women’s water polo assistant coach Tim Sherwood. Sherwood is completing his first season as head coach of the Denison University women’s water polo team which is anticipated to start varsity competition in the CWPA starting in 2027.
He talks about becoming a collegiate head coach, his time working at Casetta Kitchen and Counter in Madison, Wisc., his experiences in the early days of the Denison program and his appreciation for Alex Pall and the Chainsmokers.
